Higgins-Ingalls Arraignment

Leonard Higgins was one of the five teams that turned off the flow of oil into the U.S. from Canada in early October. Reed Ingalls was arrested for videotaping the action. Both are going to be in the Choteau County Courthouse in Fort Benton on December 6 for their arraignment.
A trip is planned from Missoula to support these climate activists.
